- Not misuse our platform for fraudulent or misleading promotions
- Verify customers manually in case of offline coupon redemption
4. User-Generated Content
Any content you upload (e.g., shop photos, logos, descriptions) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it for promotional and operational purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Local Bee is not responsible for:
- Any losses due to customer behavior or low redemption
- Platform downtime or third-party service interruptions
- Misuse of shared coupons or reviews by users
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your listing or access if:
- You breach these terms
- You misuse customer data or violate local laws
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
